BACKGROUND & CHALLENGES

My experience visiting art exhibitions frustrated me, So I started thinking about “How this could be done better.” From my experience, I found that accessing exhibition information is simple, but organizing information for a visit is challenging and time-consuming. This realization led me to seek solutions for a more seamless art experience for myself and all art lovers, sparking user research for universal improvements.

TAKE AWAY

I have transferable skills!

Finishing my solo project with 10+ steps and 50+ screen designs made me realize that skills I gained in my consulting career, like active listening, thinking logically, and solving problems, are essential in UX design.

Refining Research methods.

I found two effective methods I should’ve used: observing interviewees using their devices to find and visit exhibitions and competitive testing. In future projects, I’ll consider the most effective approach considering the interview goals.
